• Illinois has an eviction moratorium that may protect you!

    If you are behind on rent, you are protected from eviction until October 3, 2021.

     

    If you have a lease violation (other than nonpayment of rent), like threatening the health and safety of other tenants, you can be evicted as early as June 25, 2021.
